L.E.T. produced a set of products:
- A training process of six weekends (2.5 days each), with the participation of more than 40 adult learners and involving more than 30 trainers, teachers and lecturers.
- This website documentation of the programme, with examples of implementation (thanks to L.E.T.) and a resources section to facilitate transmission.
- A brochure of best practices, distributed to all the partners for internal and external dissemination.
Further, a number of other project outcomes were experienced at various levels:
- On a personal level: Participants in the project acquired greater knowledge and skills as well as learning about the host countries and each partner organization, including:
- On an organizational level: Every partner organization reported benefits from the project. These are mainly related to the time spent on reflection, the training sessions and the exchange of ‘best practice’ between the participants, which brought an increase for participants in ‘knowing how’ to lead their organization, develop it, set up shared visions, and bring about changes, as well as coming up with and implementing new ideas for projects and activities.
- On an inter-organizational level: L.E.T. has also led to the establishment of a network between both the partner organizations and the different participants in the project. Exchanges of information, ideas, and visits between the different organizations are now a reality, while the network also provides support for each organization when it is needed.
